Please take into account the following timeline: \n\n\n\n\nThe workshop will take place on Tuesday\, May 12\, 2026\, 17:30– 19:30 (online). MS Teams link: will be added one day prior to the course.\n\n\n\nTwo cases will be available for contouring by Tuesday\, April 14\, 2026 at the latest. The User Procedure will also be made available at that time (4 weeks prior to the workshop) and will be sent by email as well as added to the course content. Participants can directly perform delineations from our new webcontouring tool ARTWEB\, which doesn’t need any installation nor license.\n\n\n\nThe completed contour must be submitted by Tuesday\, May 5\, 2026 at the latest.

DESCRIPTION:For junior members in their 1st\, 2nd and 3rd year of training\, we organize a knowledge test based on the subjects taught during the teaching courses and seminar(s) organized by the BeSTRO during this academic year. \nFor both exams you have to register through the BeSTRO website: be careful that you register for the correct type of exam (official examination or knowledge test). The registration deadline is May 8\, 2026at 12:00 p.m. \nKNOWLEDGE TEST\nThe examination rules are published on the BeSTRO website. Read them carefully and keep in mind that the registration deadline is 8 May 2026 12:00 p.m.\nThe examination will start at 9:00 a.m. with the written examination. The oral examination is scheduled during the written exam. \nWe encourage you to participate in this knowledge test\, as it has proven to be a good preparation for your official exam.
